Perry is currently the Director of NRC IRAP International group where he oversees IRAP funding programs and Advisors for IRAP activities in all regions worldwide.

Previous to joining NRC, he founded Contec Innovations Inc. (TSX:BUZ.V), a mobile infrastructure software developer and supplier, and as President/CEO led the company’s successful entry into China, the world’s largest mobile market. Prior to Contec, Perry was Director of International Systems Engineering at Glenayre Technologies Inc.(NASDAQ:GEMS), a global leader in wireless infrastructure development and manufacturing, where he was responsible for systems engineering, product development, and pre- & post-sales support of products totaling over $200 million in world-wide sales. Earlier in his career, Perry held several senior consulting, management and software engineering positions in Ottawa, Canada with several companies including Mitel Corporation and Canadian Marconi, and with Transport Canada and the Department of National Defence on several government mega-projects.
Perry was also the founding President of the Wireless Innovation Network Society of BC (WINBC), an industry association representing over 250 wireless companies, and continues to serve on several boards of Canadian innovation ecosystem organizations. He was named as a Top 100 Influential Chinese-Canadian by the Vancouver Sun newspaper in 2006. Perry holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia.

Dr. Ulrike Wolf has been working as 2nd Director General at the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy since 1 August 2019. Her responsibilities include the Departments for Legislation and Legal Affairs, Investment and Finance, Foreign Trade and Location Marketing, Tourism and Regional Development. Dr. Wolf has previously been Head of the Department for Energy Policy and Energy Infrastructure since 2014 and for Foreign Trade and Location Marketing since 2010. Past positions within the ministry were, in reverse order, aviation and air navigation facilities, administrative reform (including reducing state tasks), foreign trade (China), tourism, vocational training as well as federal legislation and Community Law. Dr Wolf attended the 17th Bavarian State Chancellery’s course for Administrative Management in 2001/02. From 1990 to 1997, Dr. Wolf worked as an assistant at the Institute for International Law and Comparative Law at Ludwig Maximilians Universität in Munich, where she earned her doctorate with a thesis on "Statute of Torts and International Environmental Law" in 1994.
