As Japan's only comprehensive research institute for natural sciences, RIKEN conducts research and development in a wide range of fields.
RIKEN has a number of bases in Japan and overseas.
To ensure that it produces world-class results, RIKEN has a science and technology hub function that generates innovation in collaboration with universities and companies.
A number of teams from the Guardian Robot Project (GRP) and the RIKEN Center for Advanced Intelligence Project (AIP), as well as the RIKEN BioResource Research Center (BRC)’s iPSC-based Drug Discovery and Development Team are conducting research at Keihanna Science City.

The RIKEN booth highlights RIKEN's efforts to form a science and technology hub function and RIKEN's research projects in Keihanna Science City.
This includes posters and videos of the Guardian Robot Project (GRP) and the iPSC-based Drug Discovery and Development Team,
as well as an introduction to the research being conducted at the Kobe-based RIKEN Center for Biosystems Dynamics Research（BDR).
In addition, the exhibit introduces RIKEN Innovation Co., Ltd. as part of our initiative to promote innovation.
