Mr. Hikaru Kanemura has participated in the establishment project of the Okinawa IT Innovation Strategy Center (ISCO), an industrial support organization that promotes the Okinawa Prefecture economy with a focus on the IT technology sector, since 2017.

Mr. Koki Yoshida is has been working policy mking area ecpecially in ICT/Digital polcy, Digital government, economic polcy and cybersecurity in of Government of Japan. Before current postion, he formulates significant parts of the national growth strategy called “Grand Design and Action Plan for a New Form of Capitalism” such as ICT, digital transformation and semiconductor industry in he Secretariat of New Form of Capitalism Realization Headquarters at Cabinet Secretariat. Previously, he was the Deputy Director-General for Bureau of Economy and Industry in Aichi Prefectural Government, where he was responsible for promotion of the automotive industry. Koki began his government career at Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) in 2002. At MIC, he led the promotion of the Japanese TV program exports and the policy-making related to the broadcasting industry. Also, he drafted several IoT and ICT strategy as the Principal Deputy Director in the ICT bureau of MIC. He has worked at Mission of Japan to ASEAN as a diplomat and National Center of Incident readiness and Strategy For Cybersecurity (NISC) in the Government.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Tokyo and received a master’s degree in international and public affairs from the University of California, San Diego(UCSD). He was born and grown in Kyoto.
