LINNÉ is a fermentation collective that fosters food culture starting from sake brewing. We are currently brewing SAKE using a borrowed tank from another brewery, and plan to open our own brewery in Kyoto in 2026. Please enjoy our “cross-botanical” SAKE that use materials other than rice for koji.
