Suntory Holdings Limited Staff
Born in Sapporo, Japan, I completed Ph.D. at the University of Tokyo’s Graduate School of Agricultural and Life Sciences before joining Suntory Holdings.
While conducting healthcare research, I expanded my expertise into data science, focusing on biometric measurement and AI development.
Drawing on personal experiences, I created GAITALYS, the world’s first comprehensive AI service for plantar analysis.
The project earned the top award in Suntory’s internal venture program, and I now lead its business development, advancing innovation in health, AI, and data-driven wellness solutions.

Born in 1979. Based in Kyoto, Japan. Ph.D. in Law from Kyoto University.
Currently Associate Professor and Director of the Center for Intellectual Property at Kyoto University of the Arts.
Engaged in university-industry collaboration, including contract management with corporate partners. Also involved in regional development and design consulting projects with various companies. Serves as Program Director of “”THE IDEA BANK.””
Author of The Legal Sociology of Industrial Order (Nihon Hyoronsha), among other works.

She joined Kyoto Chuo Shinkin Bank in 2002.
She worked primarily in the bank’s lending department, and in 2015 served as the branch manager of the Senmaru and Seika branches.
She then supported the branches in the Sales Promotion Division at headquarters,
and in 2021 she was assigned to the Regional Revitalization Division.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, she organized crowdfunding events for 19 restaurants,
supported business startups and industry-academia collaborations.
