The Agency for Cultural Affairs will exhibit the “Hyaku-nen-Food” program. In addition, the Agency will exhibit Traditional knowledge and skills of sake-making with koji mold in Japan, which was inscribed on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in December 2024.
