SON Taizo is a serial entrepreneur, an investor and a startup enthusiast who builds the startup ecosystems to make the world a better place. He has successfully created several startups in areas of games, media and other Internet-related technologies and services. Now he is energetically supporting innovative startups as the founder of Mistletoe to create collective impacts for social good.

連続起業家、投資家、経営コンサルタント、執筆者。モルガン・スタンレーを経て、Googleで人材開発、組織改革、リーダーシップマネジメントに従事。2015年に独立し、未来創造企業のプロノイア・グループを設立。2016年にHRテクノロジー企業モティファイを共同創立し、2020年にエグジット。2019年に起業家教育事業のTimeLeapを共同創立。ベストセラー『NEW ELITE』他、『0秒リーダーシップ』『PLAY WORK』など著書多数。新著に『パラダイムシフト 新しい世界をつくる本質的な問いを議論しよう』。ポーランド出身。
Piotr Feliks GRZYWACZ is a consultant, entrepreneur and author based in Tokyo. He authored fourteen books in Japanese, with translations into Chinese, Korean and Thai (topics are ranging from innovation, management, leadership, personal and organizational development, and language learning.
Piotr is the founder and CEO of Pronoia Group, a Tokyo based international consultancy specializing in strategy, innovation and organizational development. He is also the co-founder and Chief Scientist of Motify, a workforce technology software startup, as well as an investor and director at Timeleap, an educational startup.
Prior to that, Piotr held several senior global and regional positions at Google and Morgan Stanley focusing on effective learning, innovation strategy and leadership development.
As an advisor to clients ranging from government authorities, Fortune 500 companies to some of the most promising startups in Asia, Piotr guides executives and leaders in architecting strategies, sparking innovation and advancing high performing organizations in real-world settings where easy answers do not exist.
